MAY? Weren’t we just planning for April a few days ago? This year is really going by so fast. While we are finishing up the end of our school year, we are also packing to move in just a few short weeks. And a meal plan will save my hide more than once, I’m sure.

At the request of a follower, I have added a few seafood dishes this month!! I hope you enjoy them. There is also a variety of salads and a good mixture of different meats so you won’t get bored or have too much of one. Some fun new dishes giving a twist to some old favorites are also included! Feel free to pick and choose what works for you and your family. My hope each month is that you will find some new favorites to add to your own must haves! You will also notice that I made all the Sunday and Wednesday recipes for the Slow Cooker to make those days just a little easier and smoother!! Once again I have included some quick and easy Breakfast, Lunch and Snack ideas. I also added some new and yummy desserts to the list this month!
