When we first got married, I knew how to cook exactly 3 dishes – literally. But, we were still both in college and so fast food was the norm for us and it didn’t really matter. Now that I’m a busy, work-at-home, homeschooling mom I have caved to fast food more than I care to admit.

Freezer Meals are the perfect way to save money, time and take the headache out of dinner!! Check out this round-up of over 300 meals, tips, tricks Printables!! :: www.homeschoolgiveaways.com
We are moving in a couple weeks and our new home has a very large area where the previous owners had a garden, which we plan to continue. Not only will this provide more built-in homeschool lessons, it will also provide us with some delicious fresh fruits and vegetables. Which also means more home-cooked meals. In order to make our meal times run smoother, we have implemented freezer cooking. I love freezer meals that I can prepare once-a-month and then throw in the crock-pot or thaw in the refrigerator for a quick and easy meal. When I was pregnant with our fourth, I prepared nearly 3 weeks worth of food for my family to eat while I recovered from the birth and delivery. It was fantastic.

So I have gathered some super quick, easy and delicious recipes that will make Freezer Meals a snap!
