“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” Isn’t that what your mom always told you? I know mine did…as I walked out of the house without breakfast nearly every morning. I was never a breakfast person. At least not an early morning breakfast person.

Even though I was never a big breakfast eater growing up, my kids all love breakfast. Since my breakfast repertoire consisted of cold cereal, pop tarts or instant oatmeal, it quickly became a necessity for me to find quick and easy breakfast options for them. Here are some we love and some we hope to try very soon!
